Ingredients

Fried Mushroom patty

40g tomato sauce

20g Mushroom soy sauce

lettuce

1 small cucumber sliced

2 sprigs Dill chopped

mini slider buns

mayonnaise

Mushroom Patty

100 grams thinly sliced mixed mushrooms

80g Dijon mustard

4 sprigs bunch lemon thyme leaves picked

1 egg

3g garlic powder

5g sweet paprika

4g crushed white pepper

Salt to season

Method

1. Combine together the Dijon mustard, thyme, eggs, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.

2. Add the thinly sliced mushrooms, mix together well and form into a patty, then coat in panko crumbs.

3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp, season with a little salt.

4. Lightly toast the burger buns. And cut in half. Place a little mayonnaise on the base, add the lettuce and fried mushroom patty, top with cucumbers and tomato sauce.
